Mr. Philip Baffour Awuah is the Chairman of the Board. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from West Texas State University, USA. He is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast with a BSc in Mathematics/Physics. He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Bp. Asante Marfo-Ahenkora is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star Insurance Services. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) United Kingdom and Ghana; and a Chartered Insurance Broker. He is a product of the School of Administration, University of Ghana, Legon (now University of Ghana Business School) having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration (Insurance Option).
Mr. Daniel Aidoo-Mensah is a British trained Actuary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Actuaries, UK, and an Associate fellow of the Institute of mathematics and its applications, UK. He holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is currently CEO of Aidoo Mensah & Associates which is Ghana’s premier pensions and benefits consulting firm.
Mr. Sarfo-Mensah ; is a Senior Consultant/Pensions & Investment Expert. He holds B.S. Degree in Management from St. Francis College, Brooklyn, New York, USA and an MBA in Finance from Western New England College, Springfield Mass. USA. He has over eighteen years’ experience in insurance and financial services divisions of AETNA Life and over 8 years of consulting practice in Ghana.
An engineer and business manager/financial analyst professional with 30 years’ hands-on experience in the areas of Investment Management, Real Estate Project Management, Facility Management, Financial and General Management, Corporate and Strategic Planning, Structural and Civil Engineering Designs, and Construction Supervision.
Mr Osei Banahene, is a Businessman. He was the Executive Secretary, Ghana Yam Producers & Exporters Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (History) from the University of Ghana, Legon
