Bp. Asante Marfo-Ahenkora is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star Insurance Services. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) United Kingdom and Ghana; and a Chartered Insurance Broker. He is a product of the School of Administration, University of Ghana, Legon (now University of Ghana Business School) having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration (Insurance Option).
He has several years of experience in insurance operations. Prior to joining Tri-Star, he held a Management position in Ghana Union Assurance as Manager in Charge of Liability & Marine. In that capacity he managed the company’s Public, Product and Employer’s Liability, Professional Indemnity and Marine Cargo lines including claims adjustment and interacted with both brokers and the public at large.
He is currently the President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) and a former President of the Ghana Insurance Brokers Association (GIBA)
